The hotel staff were incredibly warm and courteous, often anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. They truly understood what we needed and tailored their service accordingly. It was an amazing stay. The hotel’s close proximity to the famous Tulip Garden and the breathtaking views of Dal Lake made the experience even more special.

A wonderful place to stay with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly, attentive, and courteous right from the reception. The food was delicious and satisfying, and the rooms stayed cosy even in the chilly weather outside. The hotel is well-maintained, and I would highly recommend it to both local and international travellers. The service and hospitality of the team were truly commendable.

Royal Comfort Regency offers a beautiful stay with spacious, hygienic rooms and an excellent location. The food was delicious, and the hospitality was top-notch. I stayed with my family for three days and truly appreciated the warm, cooperative staff. A must-visit experience!

We stayed on 10th March and were truly touched by the warm hospitality. The welcome drink—Kashmiri Kahwa with almonds—was the best we had. The Wi-Fi was excellent, better than anywhere else we stayed in Kashmir. The food and breakfast spread were delicious, and the staff were so kind and attentive that we wished we could extend our stay. With Dal Lake right across the gate, evening walks along the boulevard made our time here even more memorable.

Exceptional service and an unbeatable location—right across from Dal Lake, with markets and eateries just a short walk away. The food was excellent, and the dining experience, managed by Mr. Bashir Ahmed, was outstanding thanks to his warm and friendly approach. Housekeeping, handled by Ashraf Bhai, was equally impressive. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a superior room that included a bathtub—an absolute hit with our 8-year-old! Highly recommended for both families and friends—a must-stay experience.

Our stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were beautifully maintained and spotless, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The food was exceptional—every dish we tried was simply delicious. A special mention to Mr. Bashir Ahmed from the Food & Beverage and Housekeeping departments, whose warm hospitality and dedication made our experience even better. He’s genuinely friendly and passionate about his work. Overall, it was a wonderful and memorable stay.
