In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing.Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive an email or a letter in writing. Cancellation charges applicable would be as follows:
Cancellation submitted more than 15 days before arrival date will not incur any retention charge.
Cancellation submitted between 15- 7 days before arrival date will incur 50% of total charge.
Within 7 days full retention and no refund will be applicable
No Show will incur full stay charge
